Heirloom tomatoes, stracciatella toast

INGREDIENTS

  • Heirloom tomatoes

  • Stratacciella

  • Zaatar

  • Fresh oregano

  • Sourdough bread

  • Buckwheat seeds

  • Black Kampot Pepper sauce

METHOD

Toast a slice of bread.

Cut the tomatoes into slices.

Add some stracciatella and sliced tomatoes to the toast.

Garnish the toast with a sprinkle of nutty buckwheat seeds, fragrant oregano leaves, and zesty Zaatar seasoning.

Finally, add a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. For an extra kick of flavor, try using Black Pepper Sauce from Kampot.
